Acting as an in-house structural consultant for Polo Park, KCE has provided assistance in modifying spaces for many tenants including: The Apple Store, Victoria’s Secret, Scotia Bank, Banana Republic and Sephora. The scope of work for each unit is different and adjusts to accommodate the tenant's brand guidelines. Previous jobs have included the removal of main floor columns, the structural support of marble flooring, and reinforced support for safes.  One project of note involved the relocation of the statue of retail icon Timothy Eaton, which required the addition of piles.
