Firm History

Kowalchuk Consulting Engineers Ltd. was established in 1998 and located in the heart of Winnipeg in the historic Exchange District. As director, Gary S. Kowalchuk, P.Eng. brings over 30 years of experience in the structural consulting industry, whose work with several accomplished structural engineers and architects over the years has provided a solid background in building functionality and durability.  At present, KCE has a dedicated staff of 6 employees who work together in producing cost effective and innovative solutions for their clients.

Over the past sixteen years, KCE has provided consulting and design services for a variety of projects including:  government, educational, healthcare, residential, commercial spaces and several community/recreational projects.
