Renovations to Ash and Birch Wings

Originally a cramped seniors residence, the Ash and Birch wings were converted into barrier-free one and two bedroom suites for low income seniors. Service areas were expanded and relocated, and the entrance and porch were redesigned to be more welcoming and less institutionalized. Structural remedial work was done on the foundation, roof, and first and second floors.
